Client Services Representative
As a Client Services Representative, I am responsible for maintaining our clients’ accounts receivable, recording receipts, invoicing and various bookkeeping functions. My role also includes bank administration and acting as liaison between our clients and the banks, and analyzing outstanding accounts receivable and customer payment patterns. I joined the SRC team in 2015 and look forward to providing efficient service to help our clients’ businesses succeed in the U.S.
Having worked in global financial services as well as high tech industries, my professional experience spans 17 years in finance, mainly in Treasury and Accounts Receivable management. My roles have included supervising collections staff, cash management, managing loans and investments and fostering effective banking relationships. My responsibilities included monthly/yearly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and calculating A/R department metrics and staff performance.
I hold a Master of Science degree in International Business and Financial Management from Roosevelt University. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Dominican University.
To maintain work/life balance, I believe in using time and talent to serve the community. My volunteer work includes serving as Home & School Treasurer at an elementary school, and leading as chairperson for various Home & School, Boy Scouts, and church committees. When I am not at work, I am cheering at my children’s sporting, music and academic events. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and hiking and biking in local forest preserves.
